Welcome to the Parks Division of the Community Services Department.
Since the 1923 opening of City Park, later renamed Pearson Park, Anaheim has been a popular destination for its beautiful parks and amenities.
Anaheim today has 50 parks encompassing nearly 700 acres. Included are "mini parks" of up to three acres in size, "neighborhood parks" from five to thirteen acres, and "community parks" as large as 27 acres. Anaheim also has several "special use parks", providing a range of activities from tennis courts and skate parks to hiking trails and nature preserves.
A listing and map of park facilities and amenities can be found at Anaheim City Park Facilities.
Unless posted otherwise, Anaheim parks are open for use from 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. For further information not found within the website, please contact the Parks Division at 714-765-5155 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
