|Anaheim Rapid Connection (ARC)|
The City of Anaheim is soliciting Requests for Proposals from Consultants interested in providing services for a fixed-guideway project known as the Anaheim Rapid Connection (ARC) which will connect the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) with destinations in the Platinum Triangle and The Anaheim Resort.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is for consultant services for ARC project development activities, including, but not limited to, preparing the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental documentation for the Project, preparing application materials for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) New Starts Funding that must be completed before requesting and obtaining FTA approval to enter into the Preliminary Engineering phase of the project (referred to as Pre-PE activities); and, at the Citys option, preparing and coordinating Preliminary Engineering (referred to as PE) activities.
Consultants interested in submitting proposals are encouraged to attend a Pre-Submittal Conference to be held on Monday, June 4 at 2:30 p.m. at the City of Anaheim Gordon Hoyt Conference Center (201 S. Anaheim Blvd., 2nd floor, Anaheim, CA 92805). Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is not mandatory, but recommended. The deadline for submission of proposals is June 25 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. A copy of the RFP is provided below.
