Dusk to Dawn Light Installation -- Free installation of an energy-efficient high pressure sodium or fluorescent light fixture equipped with a photosensor control. Photosensors enable lights to automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn.

Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program and Grants For Energy Efficiency -- Grants for energy efficient improvements during rehabilitation of existing single-family and multifamily units; to be offered with 3% Block Grants for customers who are at or below 80% of the Orange County median income.

Income-Qualified Senior or Disabled Customer Energy Credit -- A 10% reduction on electric bills for low-income seniors or long-term disabled customers at or below 80% of the Orange County median income.

Weatherization -- In partnership with the Community Action Partnership of Orange County, contractors make home repairs, replace inefficient appliances and install other energy saving measures as needed.
