Available to Anaheim Public Utilities commercial, industrial & institutional electric customers       Prior to making improvements, Anaheim Public Utilities must complete a lighting audit and approve selected energy-efficiency improvements(s)       Lighting installations must begin within 90 days of department approval, and complete within the following 90 day period.
