Available to Anaheim Public Utilities commercial, industrial and institutional electric customers       Prior to making improvements, Anaheim Public Utilities must complete a lighting audit and approve selected energy-efficiency improvements.       Lighting installations must begin within 60 days of department approval, and complete within the following 60 day period.
