Dusk to Dawn Lighting -- Offers free energy-efficient, high pressure sodium or fluorescent light equipped with a photosensor. The photosensor enables light to automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn.

Home Incentives Program Rebates -- Rebates for purchase and installation electric high-efficiency and ENERGY STAR® rated appliances, including air conditioning and lighting, and high-efficiency household conservation measures.

HIP -  Home Investment Package  -- There's a new breed of high-performance homes that do so much more than keep the rain and wind out. HIP homes are more energy efficient, do wonders at regulating indoor temperatures, cost less to run, keep you safer, healthier and operate in a way that minimizes the impact on our environment. The bottom line for a HIP home is higher value and lower energy costs. HIP is our take on a national program from the U.S. EPA and DOE called Home Performance with ENERGY STAR. NEW

Home Utility Check-Up -- One of our experts will review your energy use and existing appliances and will make very specific recommendations as to improving the energy efficiency of your home. We will explain how our incentives can help you pay for switching to more energy-efficient appliances and measures. We also will review your water use as part of our free home check-up and install free low-flow showerheads, faucet areators, toilet dams and flappers (as needed), plus up to five CFLs, along with advice regarding CFL disposal and recycling..

Online Home Utility Check-up -- Armed with a copy of your latest residential utility bill, proceed at your own pace to complete this free interactive survey. You will receive an analysis of how you are using water and electricity in and around your home based on your input and your historical water and electric use. We will make recommendations as to how you can save energy, water and money. You will receive links to Advantage Services incentives designed to help you reduce any costs of becoming more efficient. Permit Fee Waiver -- We will waive applicable building permit fees (up to $1,000) for Anaheim residents that retrofit inefficient equipment with approved energy efficient equipment.

Refrigerator Recycling -- Agree to retire your spare, operating refrigerator or freezer and receive a $50 incentive. All you have to do is call us and we will send out a qualified contractor who will remove and dispose of the unit properly. And you will benefit by saving as much as $100 to $150 a year by removing that old energy-guzzler from your home or garage. NEW

Rotating Nozzles - This rebate progam will help you switch to more a more efficient technology, thereby reducing water used for landscape irrigation.

Solar Energy Buydown Program -- Funding to help residential customers lower the cost of installing a solar electric generating system to harness the power of the sun to generate electricity. Also helps customers reduce their overall utility bills.

SmarTimer -- Rebates to qualifying water customers to help pay for installation of "smart" irrigation timer/controllers that can fully automate landscape watering based on weather and the actual water needs of your plants, resulting in a significant reduction in outdoor watering

TreePower -- Customers may receive Six Free Trees for the Price of None to provide shade for their home to assist in reducing air conditioning costs and enhance our community. The offer also includes a free avacado or citrus tree.  We have planted more than 35,000 trees to date and more than 3,000 this past calendar year.

Toilet Rebate Program -- Provides rebates to single- and multi-family water customers for replacing up to three older toilets with the latest high-efficiency models using 1.28 gallons of water, or less, per flush.

Water and Energy Education Programs -- Offers teachers in Anaheim schools age-appropriate educational exploration opportunities and curriculum options to help teach students about energy and water.
