Refund Policies
Requests for RECREATION & YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM CLASSES must be made in writing and returned to our office by one of the following methods:

Refund request for RECREATION & YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM CLASSES (classes meet 3 or more times are as follow):
- Requests for refunds made within 5 days or less before the first day of class meeting are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
- Requests for refunds made 24 hours or less to the first class meeting are subject to a 15% withdrawal fee.
- Refunds will not be granted after second class meeting. Refunds must be requested prior to the start of the second class meeting.
Refund request for RECREATION WORKSHOPS (classes meet 1 or 2 times are as follow):
- Requests for refunds made within 5 days or less before the workshop begins are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
- Requests for refunds made 24 hours or less prior to when the workshop begins are subject to a 15% withdrawal fee.
- Refunds will not be granted after the workshop begins.
Refund request for CAMPVENTURE
Refund requests will be granted only if in writing and received 7 days prior to the first day of camp.
*Refund request received less than 7 days prior to camp may be honored if the camp has a waiting list.
