Government Relations

As a division of the City Manager's Office, the Government Relations Division operates as the City's primary liaison with federal, state and local government entities. Through coalition building, strategic planning and relationship management, the Government Relations team actively promotes the City's projects and priorities while working to shape legislation that affects the City.

Responsibilities
Government Relations is responsible for providing policy support for the Mayor, Council and City Manager's Office, supplying research, analysis and policy recommendations when necessary.
