Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force

The Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF) is committed to combating all forms of human trafficking through the rescue and long-term support of victims, prosecution of offenders, training of fellow law enforcement professionals, community awareness and effective public / private partnerships.

OCHTTF Goals and Objectives:



  • Conduct proactive investigations of sex trafficking and labor trafficking crimes within Orange County
  • Support the prosecution of trafficking suspects at both the state and federal levels
  • Increase the identification of all forms of human trafficking within Orange County
  • Offer a comprehensive array of services to victims of all types of human trafficking encountered by the OCHTTF
  • Enhance community outreach and education to increase awareness and the identification and reporting of human trafficking related crimes.
The OCHTTF will work toward these goals through a collaborative effort among law enforcement, non-governmental and faith based organizations. Regularly scheduled meetings with all partners of the OCHTTF ensure the continuous focus on achieving the goals and objectives of the OCHTTF.
