Trade Show Floor Plan Submittal
Here you will find trade show floorplan submittal directions, fee information and the application. We have provided requirements that are site specific for the following venues: Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Marriott Hotel, Disneyland Resort Hotels, Anaheim Hilton Hotel & Glover Stadium.
If you are an exhibitor in a trade show, please review our Exhibitor Requirements for general information and items that require a permit. If you are an exhibitor at Natural Products Expo West, please review the NPEW Exhibitor Supplemental page that highlights the more prevalent items that exhibitors bring to this show and what requirements apply. If you are an exhibitor at NAMM, we have created a NAMM Exhibitor Supplemental page that highlights requirements for types of displays at this show.For companies that are licensed through the California State Fire Marshal's Office for flame treatment of drapes, curtains or decorative material, we have provided a General Applicators List.
For a list of all events or activities that require a permit, please refer to our Event Permit Application. We have provided permit instruction for Tents, Carnivals/Outdoor Festivals, Live Christmas Trees in Public Buildings, Christmas Tree & Pumpkin Lots, and the use of Candles for banquets, weddings and religious ceremonies.
The use of fireworks, sparklers, bottle sparklers, special effects, including Sparkular, or cold spark devices requires a permit from Anaheim Fire & Rescue.
