On-the-Job Training

On-the-Job Training (OJT) gives you the opportunity to learn new skills or upgrade your current skills while working and getting paid. The training is specific to your employer’s needs. Successful completion of On-the-Job training frequently leads to a permanent employment opportunity. Participation in the Anaheim Workforce Connection OJT program is contingent upon meeting certain eligibility requirements
