WHAT WE'RE DOING

Community Care Response Team

In partnership with City Net, we conduct daily outreach to people experiencing homelessness. Teams are in the field from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, rain or shine. CCRT teams help people get into shelter, housing, detox beds and offer other support services.

In partnership with the county's Be Well OC program, the Hope Anaheim Team helps people experiencing mental health crises. Driving a big blue van, mental health trained clinicians respond to people of all walks of life and can transport them to the Be Well OC campus in Orange for mental health care other supportive services.
