Bill deferrals- We are offering payment extensions and will work with you to get you back on track.
Income qualified discounts- Customers who meet income-qualified guidelines may be eligible to participate in one or more utility discount programs.
Emergency assistance- The Anaheim Public Utilities Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Emergency Assistance Program provides financial assistance to residential customers facing a temporary financial hardship.
Medical allowances- If you or someone who lives in your home uses life-support equipment, you may be eligible to pay a lower rate for some of your electricity.
