The 2022 California Building Codes and City of Anaheim Amendments are enforceable for all residential and non-residential construction projects submitted on or after January 1, 2023. Projects submitted prior to January 1, 2023 shall comply with the 2019 Codes. The state codes have been amended by the City of Anaheim to address local topographic, climatic, and/or geologic conditions, and to include provisions pertaining to the administration of these codes. The amendments can be found under Title 15 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
