Mr. Jose Fierros plays a key role in the Property Development Division as part of contacts with the real estate brokerage community, developers, and property owners. He is responsible for evaluating development opportunities, conduct financial analysis of developer proformas to determine project feasibility, and connect customers with other key City staff.
Mr. Fierros oversees project budgets, ensures compliance with schedule performance, and one of his key roles in facilitating project entitlements and the expediting the permitting process.
Mr. Fierros has 10 years of public sector experience, working for various City organizations in Southern California.
Mr. Fierros has a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from UCLA, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a Minor in G.I.S. from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
