Ms. Virginia Mercado (Ginny) is a University of Southern California (USC) Graduate Student studying for a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree to be obtained in May of 2023. Daily responsibilities for the Economic Development department include management of professional service agreements related to development and negotiations with private-sector entities. Ginny also performs a variety of tasks surrounding City developments and project management. Being a part of the Anaheim team has assisted Ginny in aligning her educational and professional goals to benefit the residents of Anaheim.
