Congratulations on deciding to move forward with an ADUheim project on your property! View the approved plans below to decide which option works for you. Sample elevations and floor plans for each plan type is below the table. 

Are you eligible for ADU Express? If so, please select your plan and email us at ADUheim@anaheim.net to schedule a preliminary meeting to discuss next steps. All pre-approved plans will require a property-specific site plan. To initiate this process, email ADUheim@anaheim.net.
