Parks play a very important part in the overall quality of life for Anaheim residents and visitors. The Parks Division of the Community Services Department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of nearly 800 acres that make up the 57 parks in Anaheim.
Access the individual park facilities for more information about the city's "mini parks" of up to 3 acres in size, "neighborhood parks" from 5 to 13 acres, and "community parks" as large as 27 acres. Anaheim also has several "special-use parks," providing a range of activities from tennis courts and skate parks to hiking trails and nature preserves.
