Calling all artists (and artists-in-training)! Join us at the Central Library to learn how to paint with a variety of pencils and pens. March's class will feature watercolors and we will create a bouquet of flowers. Supplies are limited: Please RSVP to centralprograms@anaheim.net to secure your spot.
