ANAHEIM, Calif. (March 21, 2018) — With heavy rain expected late Wednesday through Thursday, limited, voluntary evacuations are now in place in three specific neighborhoods east of Serrano Avenue that are directly next to hillsides burned by October’s Canyon Fire 2.
This means residents in these areas should consider leaving their homes for the night, out of an abundance of caution and for their own peace of mind during the heaviest periods of rain.

For those who need a place to go, East Anaheim Community Center, 8201 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road, is serving as a care and reception center during the day.
