Color your world this Summer with Anaheim Library

Summer reading program 2021

ANAHEIM, Calif. (May 11, 2021) – Track your reading progress this summer and win prizes, badges and more!

Whether you're a parent encouraging your child to read or building your reading list with the most popular books, we have something for everyone.

We invite you to join this year's virtual Summer Reading Program, "Reading Colors Your World," from Tuesday, June 1, to Friday, Aug. 6.

Reading as little as 20 minutes a day supports learning new information, improving reading skills and better preparing your child and family for the upcoming school year.

Download the READsquared app or visit anaheim.readsquared.com to track reading progress.

Readers can earn additional points by completing activities, such as reserving a STEAM kit, checking out an e-book, watching a virtual program on the Library's FacebookInstagram and YouTube, and more!

Complete your reading challenge for entries into weekly raffles for special prizes like, a meal coupon for a Raising Cane's kid's combo meal, or a free book.

Check out books in person at Anaheim Central Library, Canyon Hills Branch, and Haskett Branch, and mark your calendars for the reopening of Euclid Branch and Sunkist Branch in early June. For reopening dates and hours, visit Anaheim.net/LibraryReopening.

Expand your reading, be creative and join your neighborhood Anaheim Public Library this summer!

Find program details at Anaheim.net/SummerReading.
