    Please read, and check “Agree” if you wish to enroll into Monthly Billing.

     

    Customers in our NEW Monthly Billing program will continue to have their meter(s) read every other month. In the months that we do not read their meter(s), their bill will be calculated, based on prior usage history. In the event that the customer’s usage is slightly under or over on the month the bill is calculated, we will true-up the account accordingly when the meter(s) is read the following month.

     

    If you are interested in enrolling in our NEW Monthly Billing program, first please read and agree to the list of terms and conditions below:

     

    You understand and agree that:

     

    • You must have six bi-monthly billing periods (one year of history) at a location in order to enroll in the program.
    • We will send you a monthly bill, we will continue to read your meter bi-monthly, and that we will calculate your bill for the month we do not take a reading using prior months' usage.
    • You will receive monthly bills beginning with your first 'read' month.
    • In the event that your usage is slightly under or over on the month the bill is calculated, we will true-up your account accordingly when the meter(s) is read the following month.
    • If you request a meter re-read during your calculation month, Anaheim will charge you a $25.00 reread fee.
    • If you dispute the $25.00 re-read fee, you will be automatically unenrolled from the monthly billing program.
    • If after enrolling in the monthly billing program, you wish to revert back to bi-monthly billing, you must wait for a period of 12 months before you are eligible to enroll again.
